We Bought This DUPLEX AS-IS

This is the property I found driving for dollars in the year of 2021 I ended up Skiptracing the owner, then I cold called. The owner was living here at the time and soon after moved out, they moved with his mom who was having health issues
I followed up with the lead for almost 2 years before getting it under contract then getting it to close
