I will try for you, forgive me if it is not exact. sogh deenan LaSLeebo (We bow before the cross) dbe wo foorqono Lnafshothan. (by which we received salvation for our souls.) oow'am gayoso omreenan: (And with the thief we cry out: "msheeHo etdakhrayn mo dotheat". ("remember us, O Christ, when You come".) The gh is the well-known hard G sound from Arabic (letter 'ghayn'), Aramaic, and other languages. Googling 'Arabizi', it is represented by the number 3', with the apostrophe there. The letter L here will be capitalized to differentiate it from capital i. If S is capitalized, it will be to indicate a harder S sound (the letter Sodai, not simkath, which is a soft s). The apostrophe ( ' ) is meant to represent a letter not in the roman script: the letter 'ayn. In Arabizi, it will be represented by the number 3 alone, and is similar to the ghayn sound from before. Capital H is a hard H; in Arabizi this is the number 7. The lower case t is a soft t sound, instead of another Aramaic letter which can be a much harder T sound, so I would capitalize it there if it was the other letter (the letter Teth). The kh is numbered 5 in Arabizi.
