Actually blood doesn't rush to your head when you skydive, as all parts of an object in free-fall experience the same acceleration due to gravity. You are thinking of centripetal force in a centrifuge, or hanging upside down.

6:24 ya know, you don't have to be upright while skydiving... You could be belly down, back down, sideways, upside down or anywhere in between. That said, you only have a few minutes when skydiving so getting hard before jumping would probably save you some much needed time

Maybe? I used a mod menu when I'd play GTAO, and while I'd never try to enter someone's games, it might be possible. Each menu is capable of different things, and each menu also has a different chance of getting you caught. R* has been especially strict on cheaters lately, the last time I got busted ~6 months ago I played solely in private sessions. And no, before anybody asks, I didn't use my menu maliciously.
