I really hate that people are so fixated on women's appearance and chooses to shame her appearance. I get body shamed as well, like people telling me im so skinny, rude comments and questions like my weight etc.. Its really sickening that women are only valued for their looks and how it pleases men. Hope you get through the breakup❤ soon & sending love.

Girl you are beautiful ! ❤ I can also see from this video that you have a pure heart and you are also a beautiful soul on the inside as well , you are both ! Which is something really hard to find in this superficial world that we live in . To the person that hurt you they didn’t deserve you , your time , or your love . The way they felt had everything to do with THEM not you ! ❤they have things inside of their heart that need to be fixed that’s why they didn’t know what to do with a pure genuine beautiful soul . This is coming from a person that was left after they found out I had lupus chronic illness . I have no control over my health sickness and I also have no control over the way it changes my body and the physical pain I battle with everyday . I know that feeling of wanting to be loved for YOU and not superficial things . Hi NIkki, Being fat is a choice. The thing is , this can be changed. It is a choice you make to whether or not you are going to dedicate yourself to exercising more often or cut your unhealthy food intake to a healthier amount. This is so important because in this modern society people judge a lot based on looks. Dedicating yourself to effectively slim down is definitely a hard journey, but its possible. We all believe you can. Don't get offended by this comment, I in no way hate you, but I hope you will work towards improving yourself. All the best !!

1. Thank you for your “feedback” but Nikki didn’t ask for feedback. I think you mean “unsolicited opinion”. 2. Her relationship with her ex was NOT affected by her appearance. It was OTHERS in her ex’s family that fat shamed her. Did you watch the vid? 3. Bold of you assume that she has “unhealthy food intake” and doesn’t “exercise often”. 4. Again, her relationship with her ex wasn’t ended because of her looks. She ended it due to external factors OUT OF HER CONTROL. 5. You are actually indeed 100% body shaming her because you have assumed a lot about Nikki. Did she give excuses about her body size? Is she lazy? And she definitely doesn’t lack the dedication (to be healthier not “slim down” as you say) 6. AGAIN. Her ex didn’t break up with her for her size. In fact, she broke up with him. This video isn’t about her ex breaking up with her because of her body. 7. Why does Nikki have to show you that she can slim down? What is this sense of entitlement? She’s already on her own health journey and she’s doing it for HERSELF. 8. Intent and action are 2 very different things. You may say that you don’t intend to hurt. But your paragraphs show how ignorant you are to what “constructive feedback” is. Instead, you have projected your preconceived prejudices on Nikki, effectively shaming her for things totally irrelevant to her situation.

Alright, of course she didnt ask for feedback, but its a video and she left the comment section open, if she dosent intend to hear opinions from others, so be it. Ignore the comment and move on. She did mention at the start, where it said she broke up because she was imperfat not imperfect and that is on top of other issues. Other then unhealthy food intake and lack of exercise, the only other possible reason is underlying medical conditions, and if that is the case, i sorry for overlooking it. Other then these 3 reasons all others are excuses. As for the body shaming I do not have that intent, it is reality that she needs to afterall understand so as to improve as a person. This is how it is in the world. "Body shaming" means the action or practice of mocking or stigmatizing someone by making critical comments about the shape, size, or appearance of their body. I am not mocking her, merely hoping that she will improve. Afterall my sole purpose was for hoping that she would be able to improve her body image and understand the reality of society. And by saying "Show that she can do it" it was merely for motivation. As i have no plans on watching any follow up videos. After thinking through from her perspective I understand what I said may have to some extent be body shaming even though i never intended for that. Which I apologise for. You dont learn anything from prasies, but you can learn alot more from criticism. Instead of viewing criticism as a negative judgment, we should embrace it as a chance to identify our weaknesses and adapt to become better versions of ourselves. When we approach criticism with an open mind, we can uncover blind spots, develop resilience, and ultimately, foster self-improvement and success. Embracing feedback, both positive and negative, is a pathway to continuous learning and self-development. In the end, I hope anyone reading this will understand I have no ill intent, and do not get too offended by what I have said. Its a particularly hard time for Nikki and I hope she gets over it stronger, whatever her decision may be. @@operatang
