Also...not many drivers. I was getting offers for pickup 15 miles away out of my zone. My AR took a dive. I called door dash and they would not adjust my AR. Pretty crappy

Hope you're doing great today Chuck. Had a first time delivery on DD today I've never done before from Walgreens. I've done shopping and prescription pickup before, but today I had my first photo package pickup! $7 for 3.5 miles. Also got a great offer from Costco today for first time in awhile on instacart: $31 batch for 5 items only 6 miles for 1 customer! My Costco locations in NC like to do 2-3 customers per batch 99% of the time, $20 for 3 customers 54 items get outta here lol.

My UberEats cancellation rate is 5.4% and my acceptance rate is 11%...they seem to care more about how many you do than how many you don't....at least where I'm at. I'm still at the green level this month too. I have 60 points for comparison.

I have a 17.4% cancellation, 58% acceptance. They don't seem to care much about either. It's more about your ratings, though I have heard if your cancellation rate gets super high, you might get deprioritized.

One last comment about ratings and if you want to protect yourself as a dasher, turn on the google timeline. You can share your location with a friend or family member. You can also prove every location you where at everyday if someone tries to scam you.

I have a 4% cancellation rating on UE. It gives me a notification on my screen that my cancellation rate is higher than normal in my area. My AR on UE is 16%

Rough! It depends on your local average. Tell the other dashers to cancel more! I've had 27.5% here in Seattle without issue.

It wasn't that cold for me Saturday, but it was pretty cold and windy. Was busy non stop in AM from 7-Noon. I love it when it's this cold, or rainy as my customers order and more drivers stay home. Best time to make good money imo.

Had two orders on Saturday. One a Diet Coke from mcDs for $6 going 1.5 miles. The other one tea sent as a gift for $10 going 4 miles. Easy money. Very expensive drinks

In the Uber app it says "It's important to maintain a low cancellation rate to provide a reliable service to restaurants and customers. Each city has its own cancellation policy. If your cancellation rate goes above the average for your city, you'll receive a notification. If it continues to be high after multiple notifications, your delivery account may be deactivated." So it doesn't say what "high" is. lol

Yeah, I've had as high as 27.5% here in Seattle without issue. I think we're talking like 50% range... If you do most of the orders, it's fine. They seem to understand if you cancel for excessive wait or got a better order pretty soon after accepting.

Love it when they work out like that. Did a dirty stack on way home the other day. Hibachi food order on UE, then got DD Walgreens order for 4 quick items on way towards Hibachi customer. Shopped and delivered DD order about 7 minutes early and had UE delivery made 10 minutes early and dropped me off 2.5 miles from my house for $22 total. Love those to finish Dash on.

The magnetic thingy should work. Sometimes I use one made by snapmount and sometimes a generic one from Amazon. You know you wear the 🧲 under your shirt, right?

Yeah, it's pretty solid so far. Did a few Shop and Pays yesterday and one restaurant and had one of my best days in a while despite it being slow. Demand may never be crazy again but I think we can make it work particularly as the January slump passes.

Question for everyone; if you get coupons for customers do you give them to the customers on their shop orders when you are not supposed to give them the receipt? I have a repeat customer and im guessing they never shop themselves, and never could use the coupons.
