Having watch all 20 instalments back to back (due to having a Vasectomy 3 days ago, this house build has really helped keep my mind off the pain and discomfort) you really have done an amazing job. There is so much that can be learnt from watching what you have done. I remeber ripping just one bedroom apart roof out to rafters , plaster off all wall, floor up, standing in all the mess thinking right now to put it all back together. you must have had that feeling multiplied by 10 when you first knock it all apart. I know it what you do for a living but still its your house so fair play to you man well done. Still in pain need to watch one of your other offerings.

I just wanted to make contact having binge watched the twenty part ‘destroy your own house’ series - It was much better watching than regular TV and I look forward to your future uploads. I very much appreciate your workmanship, dedication, daring & humor. The house looks fantastic, some lovely detail and the view over the city new year’s eve fireworks was a nice finishing touch. I started out a plumber (Gas Engineer!), I am now a building surveyor and reluctant weekend DIY’er - You have inspired me to finish a few projects around the house, I lost my confidence & enthusiasm along the way. Please remind viewers of the likely presence of ACM's & the associated risks relating to demolition/refurbishment within pre-2000 properties. I wondered if you had considered installing ‘light tubes’ on the 2nd floor stairwell and 1st floor (rear section) to naturally illuminate the bathroom & hallway or would the fiberglass roof make this option difficult? The fire-rating (within a protected egress route or presumed reduced thermal properties might have also been a consideration? I am looking forward to the thermal camera review & outcome after all your hard work. Your accent reminds me of fond memories and friends in the Black Country area, your camera homing in on the distant football stadium and city skyline I am now intrigued as to where the house is located. Birmingham Speedway have made the step up to the top flight this season, I hope to visit Perry Parr later this year to cheer on the Ipswich Witches. I wonder if you are close enough to hear the bikes on race night?! HNY & please keep up the 'Ace' work.

I thought a demolition crew moved into the Hawthorns so the Baggies had something to pick up. I would make 2 suggestions for the bar a custom mirror with either the Baggies logo on it or Mr A. Bulider and mini bar fridge if it fits for larger etc

I'm just an active DIYer - I found that a tracksaw was so useful I sold my table saw. Cupboards look great. You should find a mid-century modern sideboard to fit without too much problem.

Track saws are ace, got a kitchen to fit in the New Year, but had 6 doors to fit prior, trimmed the bottom of the doors sides for size, no breakout of the veneer at all, quick hand sand to knock the edge off the cut and wow.. I bought the Makita, for finsh work, track saw all the way 👍🍻

fair play ad, your house looks lovely . that cabinet really finishes off that space. great little tracksaw them. your not fitting kitchens with it so a cheapy one is fine. your a brave man using that saw inside like that. your wife must be a saint , i wouldnt attempt it if i was 10 ft outside with the door closed. keep up the great work. lovin the channel.
