I love the insight on the races. Gerloff has to be the coolest guy in the paddock. His commwnts on Toprak just again shows how good he is. Eight place in race two is a start. You'll be on the podium again shortly 👍

Nevertheless you need to watch Gerloff's Vlog to understand how much frustration Toprak's results brings to him (or other BMW riders) Only Garrett is a fine guy who still can show respect to the rider who achieved it. So it can hit you hard but with a mature personality as Gerloff has you can handle things better than a nonsense talking Redding. VdM is on level there with Garrett.

They have concessions in motogp and wsbk. They had private tests etc recently. They r pushing but euro bikes are dominating ALL motorsport right now. Actually kawa was better cause the wsbk engine rules now allow them to get more top end. I think the R1 is limited in what they can push out of it in its current form. Japanese need to get serious or itll be Ducatti/bmw/ktm dominating next decade

Maybe he's now been able to flourish now it's not the 'second' rider in the team. I don't know about "showboating". I'm quite sure he's had to keep developing the Kawasaki for 8 or 9 years. The goal posts have moved. Competition has increased. He will have to adapt again and further. It's early days at the moment.

Would love to know your thoughts of how well Alex is riding the Kawasaki and knowing you would have been up there with him in these first two rounds? Also, does the Yamaha seem to still not have the grunt on the straights? Toprak seems happy with the BMW speed. Good luck mate and keep your head up. What, that Yamaha is a championship winning bike. He must be wondering how Toprak braked on it. The rider seems to make difference in WSBK, Ionnone comes back and is fighting for podiums ahead of Petrucci and other ducati riders. Toprak joins BMW and gets it 1st and 2nd places where it has never been
