therapist should be an ongoing segment. Jamie could use some work I fear and I love these 2 as a couple. Sometimes it seems like Jamie is not listening to Sophie or regarding her feelings and comfort level. I dont think he does it intentionally I have adhd too sometimes you just get in your own head and forget to think of other people before yourself. Love you both

Be careful with EMDR it can cause memories/trauma to resurface that you have forgotten and not prepared for & Vivid dreams you aren't prepared for. And only do it if you have built trust with your therapist and have a safe space and ready for it. Do not just start with anyone or a new therapist it is a process and you need the coping skills to go through it during and especially after the session

Dear Jaime and Sophie, I am so glad you had my darling sister Cate on, she is a fantastic couples therapist, I am so proud! I also love you guys, having watch you Jaime from the start of Made in Chelsea and you Sophie later on. Thank you for the lovely message you sent through my sister I was truly touched! Having been married nearly 30 years very happily my suggestions to you or any other couple: 1. There is nothing wrong with having separate beds for a good nights sleep, we discovered early on that sleeping together was intolerable, however, it is very important to have a cuddle together every night, if possible and try not to go to bed angry with each other. 2 make time to chat about each other’s day. 3: pick your battles carefully! Can you compromise? 4. The little things add up. Offering to make a cup of tea can give huge amounts of brownie points (which will lead to more sex!) 5. Finally try and say ‘I love you’ at least once a day.

EMDR can be good but you have to be careful and done correctly with right therapist & at the right time
