But they are saying as per Mahindra company commitment bill date withh be in Nov. Let hope for the best. I believe maximum 3xo production capacity for Mahindra is 9k pee month. That is reason they are unable to deliver the car. But management should think about capacity expansion with launching of vehicles.

Bro, had a similar experience with Anant cars. No proactive response from the dealer executives even after multiple showroom visits. Waited for 3 months and still no certainty on the delivery. Checked the Curvv in September and everyone liked it, booked it and took delivery in October last week. Everything is superior to 3XO except engine power and performance. Since I am a first time driver, am ok with it. Overall I loved it. As u said, the dealer was not worried about cancellation, but I received my refund swiftly just by email accompanied by a cancelled cheque.

I also faced the same issue. I booked an AX5 L in June in Vijayawada. The salespersons were terrible, their behavior was awful, and their policies were the worst. They didn't provide any proper information. I faced the exact same situation as you faced. I missed two important days in my life because of these terrible Mahindra people at the Vijayawada showroom. However, I booked the same vehicle at the Hyderabad showroom, this time the AX7 L model, and I received it immediately within a week. Finally, I got the vehicle on October 4th.

So sad to hear this bro. I bought 3XO Diesel MX3 Automatic, My experience with the sales person and first service was good. Didn’t face any challenge. Also the car has been strongly built and feels safe while driving on highway. I like the suspension personally because I am comparing with my previous car Nissan magnite. I am waiting for Apple car which is missing. However, Android is working fine and managing with it as of now. This car comes with many variants both Diesel and petrol so, we can choose based on our budget.

No email reply received from Mahindra Customer Care for my emails & 2 REMAINDER mails. They should not treat customers like this. In that price range many other good cars available and few more new launch expected soon. Due to year end also came, Better to await another 3 Months to get next year 2025 car.

Before booking the vehicle try to visit multiple Showrooms of Mahindra or any company for waiting period.. In all showrooms the waiting will not be same try compare it and tell the sales person that the other showroom sales person told they will give in less waiting period they will decease waiting period of vehicle. And also try to book in 2 or 3 showrooms if u need the vehicle. So that u can bargain at each showroom. They definitely decrease wait period. I booked MX1 in one showrooms they said 6 months. In another showroom I researched they gave in 1 month.

Similar experience bro. Nenu Chennai lo 3X0 AX5 AT July 4th book chesanu. Initial ga sales person 1 month lo delivery istam annaru but booking docket lo Sep 28 ani unnidi. September mid lo dealership has no idea when they can deliver the vehicle so I thought of raising a complaint to Mahindra Customer care, surprisingly Customer care vallu kuda expected delivery date chepaledu and they want me to follow up with the dealership for any further details. Dealership saraina details ivadam ledani customer care ki mail and call cheste no use with that. After too many followup Customer Promised Date (CPD) for completing the billing process is 28-10-2024 ani mail vachindi which is beyond my comitted delivery date as per booking docket. 2 days back showroom ki call cheste still billing kaledu Nov lo billing kavachu antunaru hearing same from last 2 months. Final ga na openion entante issue Mahindra dealership matrame kadu Mahindra motors company side kuda very poor response and they are treating customers very badly. Also based on booking analytics delaying delivery and increased prices so they can get 25-35k extra on existing booking which is almost cheating the customers.
