(ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION) Check if you have loaded windows from an older hdd/sdd. I spent 2hours trying this stuff before i realized that my C drive was smaller. And it had just loaded my other hdds previous windows files (i didnt format it when upgrading to m.2)

I've made a laptop reset to come up with a clean version to then sold the laptop, but when come back apparently the cleaning dosen't work and the system could not log me in.
