Just discovered your channel watching you grow up fishing reminds me so much of my youth. I can see in Alex he's growing into a man with wider interests just like I did. However you cannot escape you'll always be drawn to it. Although I live on an island with amazing saltwater fishing where I can catch bonefish, tarpon, big trevally and snapper your videos make me miss fishing the countryside with friends. To have put your brotherly relationship through adolescence up for public consumption in the way you have is really something brave and quite special.

Hi carl & alex , can you do a fishing challenge without rod and reel Sounds funny.. As an angler i'm always curious about several fishing techniques specially carps I found a crazy techinque of Indian style fishing called *singh shikaar* Where have to use a small flexible stick / attached to mono line ended with treble mustard hooks interestingly bait isnt need to put on hooks they place bait above the hooks to mono line coiled with lead wire Unbelievablely we get signal to strike by the moment of mono line ring made to the stick . This techinque is traditional and mostly unbelievable until you hook a fish to eat There are several videos about *singh shikar* in KZbin hope you get to know about this method and try it once for your subscriber sake... I don't often comment but really enjoy your videos ! I haven't fished in a long time since high school when my fishing buddy moved up North but love watching your videos. Really love the wildlife interest from Alex and got some equipment for free if Alex is interested in for his wildlife watching antics :) (Night Vision). Also great to see you guys getting into the koi hobby and I loved the video to Cuttlebrook koi farm and Alex taking a dip with the monsters ! Nah! Alex has just added more strings to his bow is all. He enjoys nature, mushroom hunting, gardening and cooking is all. We tend to forget or not know just how much work and hours spent it takes to bring us these videos and everyone needs a break now and then. Alex has the above activities to fall back on, while Carl has.....um.....Omi! 😜😉
