On this trip we head out with Mission Fishin to enjoy a day on the water aboard the "Miss Islamorada". RJ Boyle helped organzine the trip with Tony and it's a trip we put together to get kids on the water who may not usually get to go. all that the tony said at the end said at the end of the fishing part of the video was so true... my son is level 3 autistic and is a 24 hour job for 2 adults... and unfortunately if you have other kids they tend to not get as much attention. and as a parent it is tough. until you have a special needs child you cannot even imagine how difficult it can be...... I hope that these special days carry on for year to come and is adopted in all cities across the country.... I am in Canada , It would be nice if there was something like that here....you are amazing people and I wish there was more people like you in the world.. ... so thank you..........

No matter what chips you use, when you fry it it loses its flavor of the chips. Yes you will get crunchy fish but the best way to do it is to bake it. Dip it in egg and then chips and put them on a lightly greased pan. So same thing just baking it. You won't lose all the flavor of the chips however because frying it washes away seasoning of the chips. It will be crispy too. You also can air fry them and they will be even more crispy and slightly better.
