9:11 fun fact since the brigantine doesn’t have multiple decks a ballast ball will do nothing to a brig, if you use a ballast ball on a sloop it will make the deck with the map table take on water all the time not just when waves go over, on a galleon they make the ship go down and fill both decks at the same time BUT the brigantine is unaffected by the ballast ball

Great video Toxie, also I think I found a method to sorta counteract the chest of grogs movement effect, considering it moves you left and right if you just move left or right towards your target it'll actually make you move a bit faster in whichever direction you choose as opposed to just walking forward, hope this helps if it does actually work.

this is true for the tremous in the devil's roar as well. takes a bit of getting used to but once you do you'll be hearing "what do you do with a drunken sailor" uninterrupted all the way to the gold hoarder tent.

I found that bucketing your bilge water onto a chest of rage actually deletes the water instead of filling that water back into your ship, so it kinda has a use by sitting above the water levels and getting bucketted onto instead of out of the ship

imagine being the sweatlord reapers or the brainless galleon seeing all those chests clearly not analysing them at all and just being determined to get all that totally worth it stacked loot never once realising it was a bunch of cursed chests worth nothing but a headache lmao the galleon atleast were clearly noob-ish from the look of two of them being in like default gear and the fact they were hovering trying to scoop sell the loot like weirdos but the reaper brig, I can guarantee they thought you had tons of pricey loot stacked from something and never actually tried to see what it was, saw that helm covered in stuff and thought "easy million" or smth lol
