75 Hard Rules:
Follow a Diet: You must choose a diet that aligns with your fitness goals and stick to it without any cheat meals or deviations. It's important to maintain this diet for the entire 75-day duration.
Two Workouts a Day: You are required to complete two separate 45-minute workouts each day. One of these workouts should be outdoors, regardless of the weather conditions.
Drink a Gallon of Water: Consume at least one gallon (128 ounces) of water every day. This rule emphasizes proper hydration throughout the program.
Read 10 Pages: Read a minimum of 10 pages of a non-fiction self-help or personal development book each day. This rule encourages personal growth and learning.
Take a Progress Picture: Every day, you must take a progress picture to document your physical transformation and track your progress throughout the 75 days
