The infinity QX70 is a model I am not familiar with but I purchased a Q30 Diesel 3 yrs ago for my daughter it's been a lovely car that she's had serviced regularly, now done about 75K miles. She's on;ly had to have new tyres fitted and just past its MOT with no advisories. The only problem she's had is the heated drivers seat as stopped working.

Only just found this channel, but already well impressed. Getting the behind the scenes chat is very interesting. We all know dealers make money and it's quite nice to get an idea of how much (assuming they're telling the truth of course!). I'm looking to buy my next car from an auction because I've just been massively stung by a dealer who is completely backtracking on what he promised for the warranty. And the car is very broke 😢 So auctions for me from now on. Save a packet so I've got a wad of cash to fix things 👍

@@DaleSteel Well its all s""ts and giggles till someone giggles and s""ts when or if he gets into an accident and the insurance company finds out there is no road tax paid on a private vehicle, the insurance will be void, so could be sued personally for all damage caused, also maybe fined for driving without valid road tax, which itself is illegal.

it's mostly a scam. if not enough sell he gets to keep 25% (easy money) and if it does (which is usually a crazy high number of tickets) he gets 50% (much more than the cars worth) Some aren't to bad Car UK and Chops run some on raffall which get won.

same Audi rs5 still for sale at 17k so 4/5k profit was extremely optimistic . At a time when everyone is looking to make a side hustle, unfortunately, unrealistic margins put forward by quite a few youtube car dealers, salvage guys, (more views more clicks more youtube revenue) are pushing up auction prices, more "private" buyers buying cars, then selling them on with issues markets a mess. only winners youtubers & auction houses.

James, you just need to oil the wallet and that'll help make you bid faster. But, I've always thought auctions are defo a place where you can get carried away without thinking.
