Public universities should source their own source revenue??? Okay. In that line, can we also say Parliament, Supreme Court and State House should also use own source revenue? The contribution of education cannot just be equated to fees paid. If the government and the private sector were to train human resource, do they know how much they will spend? Government and the private sector must look how to adequately fund education. This joke of financing parliament and state house with hospitality budgets more than budgetary allocations of some important bodies should end.
