What was the intent of NHIF on inception? Raise resources to equip public hospitals to enable access to healthcare for all. How did it change to raise resources and large beneficiary are private hospitals? Our corruption is to blame. SHA _ SHIF without addressing corruption is kicking the can down the road. The CS proved they are not ready.
