Honestly, this is my worst nightmare and I am the the least athletic person on the planet but I still really enjoyed watching this video because I was genuinely interested in what goes on and I also found it really interesting to see what other people enjoy and spend their time doing so I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more videos like this. I think it's because if you do swimming last you're more likely to get into difficulty in the pool because you'd be really exhausted from running and cycling
