I think it's just great that you are teaching Isabella to save money! You can't start young enough! I've always been good at it myself. I started saving money to buy a car when I was 16 years old and I was almost 21 when I had saved enough money to buy my first car. It was a small car; nothing fancy. But it was mine! I didn't get it from my parents. I saved for it with my own money and bought it cash. I bought bigger and more expensive cars over the years, but none of them equalled the feeling of driving my first ever little car out of the showroom. So I would say to Isabella: Yes you can! ;-)

By the time i got my home built and farm completed in iloilo i paid $1.3 million dollars not peso and completed in 2006. The only thing i did on farm was plant orchard . Fruits. I has a pig farm and rice farm but i sold those because you lose money in pigs and also rice after expenses out. Butt fruit and a very nice concrete border home makes money.
