On this episode we travel to the Kootnaey region of British Columbia, Canada. Our goal was to try navigate the trails and dirt roads as close to the Upper and Lower Arrow lakes and eventually link up to the most southern hiway in British Columbia . This was a 320 km dirt treck and took us several days. We encounter some spectacular scenery including waterfalls and a snow covered pass

I also have a custom flatbed Dodge with a FWC camper. My son has a custom fab shop in Colville Wa. Just south of Castlegar. Nice video!👍

Great. video. You drove on sections of road I had part of building and maintaining across the lake from Nakusp in the late 1960s.

Thank the much maligned logging industry that created all those roads. Roads built to salvage all that bug killed pine and fire burned timber you didn't even mention.

True, yes I love the logging and mining roads and trails. Without them the backcountry would not be accessible to 90% of outdoor enthusiasts.

Got a similar set up, duramax 1 ton with a 2000 north star pop up. What air pressure you drop down to off road. My 1 ton is an extremely hard ruff ride off road. Also, your kitchen facet, did you upgrade that yourself? What pump did you require to get that much flow? Cheers.

It's one of many reasons i Cummins swapped a 1500. It rides beautifully on and off road and steers very precise. We now have fox shocks which help with the after bounce and sway vs the stockers. But even stock shocks it was nice and plush. I drop it down to 25 usually with good quality 10 ply tires. And 45 on hiway. As far as the faucet and pump the camper had that in there when we got it. Ann just spruced up the inside and got rid of all the old style wood grain. And I built the drawers in place of the old cabinets.

Yrs they are the Baja Boss and they have worked awesome for us so far. They are the 10 ply and we air down to 20-25 psi off road with them without any problems. And are quiet on the hiway.
