VoicePlay owns Disney covers. They let their inner kids out to play for these. Their new one coming out soon is a huge step outside the box and will really blow your mind. Amazing cosplay and guest star, and some of Layne's best beatboxing. I'll second the below comments with suggesting Dragonborn Comes, Dream On, and Geoff's solo of Ain't No Sunshine. These guys never miss.

I don't know which ones you've reacted to, but they've done some brilliant work over the last couple of years .... Dream on from Aerosmith, Warriors, Halo, Dragon born comes and of course Geoff has been busy with his own channel... Big bad John, Ain't no sunshine and 16 tons... You could be spending a long time with this band. 😂 I

Yeah, you definitely need to react to more Voiceplay, there's a lot of great stuff. Their Aerosmith cover of "Dream On" is beyond amazing.... actually its little more of a remix. Geoff (Jeff) the bass also has his own channel do cover songs as well. His most recent is "Ain't No Sunshine" by Bill Withers. Hope you get a chance to do more Voiceplay in the future. Try their Little Mermaid Medley where Geoff is Ursula and does a slide from a metal scream high to a subharmonic in seconds. And I agree, Far Over the Misty Mountains (Geoff sings all the parts) is a great display of his deep bass with chest, sub harmonic, and growls demonstrated in song to hit the same G1 note. Yeah, it was deliberate.

The bass, Geoff Castellucci, is portraying Camilo the Shapeshifter. In his deeper voice singing he is imitating Bruno, and then he’s stealing Ashley’s last line and playing Isabella the golden child who has flowers everywhere. Geoff is one of the lowest basses around, but it his resonance that makes it so rich. The prior release by them, and the one following Bruno, really show their versatility. Before this they released an absolutely epic version of Dragonborn comes/Skyrim. Following this they did a cover of the iconic Aerosmith song Dream On. You have to have a lot of confidence to cover a rock classic like that and be brave enough to do it a cappella and they pulled it off.

#TheatreKidsOfACappella, VoicePlay / Geoff Castellucci. Home Free / Tim Foust are my two faves. Layne did this arrangement and choreography with Geoff flipping his hair; and wearing the same outfit as Ashley, Eli with no hair, and Cesar with the gut. I love their sense of humor. Geoff's Low bass covers on his channel.

Don't they just seem like they're all having so much fun doing this? 05:10 I think you need to watch Encanto with your daughter again (I doubt that she'll have many objections). This scene is hilarious, but for a very different reason - in the movie, the lines sung by both Ashley and Geoff are all sung by the same character - Isabella, the "perfect" sister. And she and Geoff are about as opposites as opposites can get. Layne (the beatboxer) arranged and directed this video, and he's got quite a reputation as a jokester. Ashley had ordered 2 sizes of the blouse she wears, one a size larger than she needed here. So Layne managed to talk Geoff into wearing the larger blouse and matching shorts for the scene.
