For the scene with Jaime and Tywin - the showrunners came to Charles Dance (Tywin) and asked him if he would be willing to actually butcher a stag during the scene. He agreed, he did one run through with a butcher and so he's actually butchering a real stag. Every scene with him will be memorable.

I have been mad since 2003 about the fact that Ned was goofy enough to tell Cersei what he knew AND Robert didn't ask for any witnesses to handing the throne to his bastards.
