For the scene with Jaime and Tywin - the showrunners came to Charles Dance (Tywin) and asked him if he would be willing to actually butcher a stag during the scene. He agreed, he did one run through with a butcher and so he's actually butchering a real stag. Every scene with him will be memorable.
