It’s not ice cream inside the tofu. The guy was trying to explain it’s just tofu with the consistency of ice cream. However, fried ice cream and fried milk exists too. It’s real ice cream or jellied milk battered and deep fried.

Caviar is just fish eggs and varies in prices depends on the types of fish it came from. Those are the most common one you can find in any Japanese restaurant or even grocery store sushi. The expensive ones are the Russian sturgeon roes. You have not a clue 😂
