Best thing about you ( family) is that you don't come with prejudice or pre conceived images , pictures about this diverse nation whose culture n cuisine changes every 100 km. Also you r showing ur Youngs real on the ground what this nation looks , behaves or treats any person irresptive of color, religion or race. I hope many more can see these videos to get them out from conceived notions portraited by tabloid of US, UK or west.

Hi there.... nice location you stayed at. "Upma" is my favorite breakfast. Actually, you can cook it at your home very easily. You can even make it while doing camping at some remote location with just a small preparations. Here is recipe-- (for 4 people) One cup semolina, 1 tea spoon butter. Take it in a pan and roast semolina upto a little beige color. Let it cool and then put in a container. Now take one big onion,1 small carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, 4 green beans and cut them into small pcs. Take small piece of coconut and grate it, take 1 table spoon peanuts and 1 table spoon green peas. Also, take 1 tea spoon of ginger+ garlic paste, green chilies cut as per choice. Again, put 2 table spoon oil in a pan and heat it. Put 1 tea spoon mustard seeds in oil and then ginger garlic paste. After one min. add onion into it and let fry. After 3-4 min, add all vegetables except tomato in it and let fry. Add peas and peanuts also. After 5 min. add half of grated coconut and tomato also and fry till it get soft also. Now add 2 glass full of hot water into this pan and put salt and let it come to boil. Add half tea spoon lemon juice and sugar also then roasted semolina into it and keep steering with a big spatula. Put off heat and mix it well. Upma is ready so garnish it with rest of coconut and coriander. Enjoy. For camp-- You can pack roasted semolina in one container and other vegetables in some other suitable container. At site you can heat vegetables in a pan then add hot water and semolina into that and your breakfast is ready. Thanks.

Upma (savoury) and sheera/halwa (sweet) are both made from semolina ( called sooji in Hindi and rawa in Marathi). Upma is a breakfast dish and sheera is a desert. Both dishes are also commonly made as evening snacks and also when some guest visit your home, in Maharashtra. There are different recipes for upma. I make mine with lot of veggies ( cauliflower, beans, carrots, peas) and lots of ghee.

Why don't you purchase 4 go Pro cameras n fix it on your helmets 😢😮. We certainly wd enjoy to see how do you look towards nature. But most importantly you need to interact with the people. Especially village people. Go n interact with them to know real India. Human nature. Goddess feeling. Go n live the real life. It's not within you 4. It's every where without you 4. only enjoy the experiences. Real love experiences. I am sure. You all will cry. Looking at their love without expectations 🎉❤
