This episode really moved me. I haven’t spoken to my parents in years either-it’s been almost a decade since I last saw my mother. The sadness lingers, even when you know the decision was necessary. Some days, it feels heavier than others. But now, at 29, with a beautiful family of my own and lifelong friends considered family, my heart has never felt fuller. I loved seeing the genuine kindness and love from the crew today. ❤
