The Lucas tech in this video is used to mix up recovery, it’s been around for awhile, but it doesn’t get used much. All you have to do is do a good up-b while holding down when you’re about to touch the ledge, and then you’ll go past it.

Yeah, that's what they meant by "Beefy up-b", where you hold down and don't snap, but it's interesting to see the extra height nonetheless.

Yo! That's cool that you guys figured out the whole teleport glitch! I was the one who submitted the original teleport glitch from last week, and after going over the clip again I can confirm I left the respawn platform the same frame the Terry got hit with shadow flare. I wondered for a bit if something with the respawn timing had anything to do with it, but I didn't think that was actually the case! The only thing about it is this glitch may be much older than previously thought. If I remember correctly, I made that clip several patches ago, so it's decently old.

The Lucas thing is a tech called ledge boosting, all you need to do is hold B while hitting the ledge with your up B

Lucario's counter actually has invincibility frames the moment it comes out. That's why Mac's KO punch didn't work. You also can't grab him immediately when he does it.

Technically, KO punch ignore invincible frames. It’s that the start up of Lucario’s counter has intangibility frames (or z frames as I like to call them)

(13:10) I wouldn't mind if KZbin had some thing we're you can define time codes including frames, where it will skip certain parts depending on if you're subscribed or not. The user should be able to disable it to avoid abuse. But it has one great benefit: - You can mark the section where you ask for subscription, so subscribers don't have to watch that part.

That Lucas slide has been around for a while. We don't use it often because (1) we're actually decent getting off the ledge, since we have more viable options than most characters and (2) landing lag of PKT2 is TERRIBLE. I personally only use it when I have to regrab, since you can fly pretty far, and most people are expecting an easy punish during the 20 frame ledge grab animation.

The Mac x Lucario clip is because Lucario gets a few intangibility frames. A friend of mine seconds lucario and the majority of grabs I use to read a counter go right through him because I grab too soon

Luma sometimes teleports when R&L are caught in Sephiroth's Up B - I wonder if that's related to this glitch.

This is actually because sephiroth's up-b hits have a high set knockback that allow all the hits to connect when combined with hitlag. Luma, however, takes no hit-lag no matter what and will just be hit by one of the first hits and fly off from the high base knockback.
