Dog training tip: bring a handful of kibble, wee pieces of cheese, or small dog treats with you when you take Mr Sunshine for a walk. When he is nervous about something and overcomes it, praise him, rub on him, and shower him with treats. You’ll both be proud of him and he’ll trust you even more the next time he experiences something “scary”. I wouldn’t drag him across that concrete barrier (where he laid down) but he seems nervous walking on the shoreline. That would’ve been a great time to encourage him along with praise and treats. 🦮❤
