Snack master, please do come to India along with Keith next time. It's going to be a rollercoaster experience.. And try to stay for 3 months to experience 1% of Indian food variety. The taste changes every 100 kms. Being an Indian and a vegetarian, I haven't tasted 90% Indian veg food. And I always knew that there is a better taste just 100 kms away.

Looking at this video it made me hungry and now I wanna have masala dhosa and pani puri at 6AM in India, dhosa looks really authentic, pani puri you still have to come to india and discover what it tastes on street and how spicy it is and how many different varieties we have even being Indians we cannot make it at home as good as our street vemdors but 9.9 out of 10 dhosa.
