Get some rest finally. 😀 September through December always feels like a long blur and time disappears due to the whole tech blitz so many of use relate. BTW, those hand wipes work phenomenally (as you know), but had to try them myself. Great work and so good hearing the C63 run again.

Exceptional content! I’m on the prototype and drawing board for starting a supercharger kit for my Volvo S80 V8. Just don’t have super deep pockets. Just a few steps at a time. Also need to make the 1st set of tubular manifolds for the car too!

Amazing, what a beast of a car. Regarding the sparks , those resonators have a mesh, like a fabric inside and sometimes with the heat and in a car tuned like that they can break apart. I have seen it before.

That was my first thought, any kind of grid or screen, small metal, with the heat out the exhaust, they would burn up for sure. When they mentioned the resonator, I was on board with agreeing, had to be something inside there.

I have a 204 C63 that's currently in bits having blown apart a piston ring land running a Weistec blower...all of your videos and others on youtube (tasos) give me the inspiration and confidence to hopefully take on the rebuild myself in the summer. Have been watching for years, love your work

16:12 If you do not have the tool, I have seen people just extend the filler tube to the bottom of the bottle, poke a hole in the neck and use shop air pumped in to the bottle, takes seconds. For future use.

4:45 I highly recommend using a torch to heat up the parts you bend. You won’t have those tiny stress fracture marks you see if you zoom in (or look at in person.) It also presumably makes the piece stronger. Easier to bend too. Just need heat resistant gloves. Love the videos as always!

I really love how the W204 C63 is a perfect balance of elegance and brutality. It's a combination that many automotive manufactures just don't get right, but Mercedes made such a beautiful symphony with this car.

How about removing the hybrid battery packs and four cylinder turbo and adding the 4 litre turbo V8 of the previous gen? Plus, you'll have four wheel drive as standard!

Don’t worry the decel sparks are from the material from the exhaust pressures it’s opening the exhaust even more because honestly the stock system at this point is a tad restrictive, but good for engine longevity. Great work, I’m highly inspired.

Congratulations on both of your 800hp pulls! I noticed the Taurus in vid and I am daily driving a 2010 SHO Taurus stock with a Livernois Stage 4 plus 93 octane tune. Replaced Engine at just over 186k miles with a new Jasper Engine and nearly to 200k miles! Same tune! Thanks for all the inspiring content, and it's appreciated! ❤ In West Michigan, I can relate somewhat to the Chicago weather and roads. I visit there from time to time! Have a wonderful New Year's Weekend!

I don't even have a Merc (currently have heavily modded Audi, BMW, Jag, and Rover), but I really appreciate watching the work you're doing, as well as hearing the reasoning behind the various decisions. Plus, I've always loved the C63, and I might still add one as another project car one day, especially now that legit V8s in smaller cars are getting so rare (I almost bought one a few years ago, but the available package option combinations were too ridiculous - technology, weather, etc.). Anyway, thanks for the videos. Keep up the great work!

HPTuners is what I use to tune all my vehicles! I started with getting the first MVPI2 back in like '06.... Tuned my GrandPrix GTP (3800 Supercharged), and then my '05 GTO, then my '08 C6, then my '16 C7, then my '22 Explorer ST
