Hey Jeremy I found the recoil so if you have any issues with the one you got let me know I will send you this one. Or if you head towards St. Albans any time I can drop it with you. I have the flange and the recoil. I bought them to use on my 670 because it was such a pain to pull over with the original recoil. You might have a bad seal in the oil pump???Looks like you got a little more snow than we did.

Yeah, I think that is where the problem came from. It may have a slow leak. I'm not 100% sure though!

I have a seadoo and mine did the same thing, for some reason when they sit for awhile they will leak oil into the cylinders, normally it takes more than a year for oil to accumulate in there. Awesome ski!!

My 1990 Mach1 has always pumped out a quart of two stroke oil, out the exhaust, when I first start it in the fall. I have owned the snowmobile since 1991 I also have a 1992 KLR650 that I bought brand new and still ride as much as possible. It is my favorite motorcycle.

Bro I've got an 02 MXZ 700 extended to a 136 and same exact issues, changing recoil soon and 100% true about the vibration, you need lock tight. Had mine come off while I was setting up my ice shack last winter, went to roll it over and just slipped lol

19:31 that was part of the problem with mine, I took the spark plugs out and put them next to the cylinder hole for the spark plug and went to see if it had spark and whooooosh a huge flame just shot up out of it and also the spark plugs were fouled out so it was a mess and a very sore arm😂😂😂😂😂later and finally got it started 😂😂

Instead of redrilling holes over size you might try Helicoils instead I'm an industrial mech/elect. in a major food factory, use them all the time and they work well. I also rebuild bikes and cars for a hobby use them there all the time.

Anyway on the oil thing when they sit the oil kinda gets harder in a way an makes a bit more compression an power valves get sticky i have the same sled it does that too you put all your might into a pull an get rejected haha but its common on a lot of sleds especially ones bigger than a 600 just thought id let you know keep up the great work agin love the vids!!

If its oil injected I believe the oil after time will seep in the carbs fill them up and as soon as you start to pull it over fills the cylinder/cylinders. I pulled the carbs on my vmax 750 after it sat for like three years and they were filled with oil. Also I thought somebody could have been pulling it over
