Not a chance. The body work being carbon is all going to have to be custom & done in house. I doubt you'd even get this repaired within a years time. And once you start removing things from the body I'm certain you'll find more issues that'll need repaired/replaced. The cost if I had to say in terms of repairs is going to be well over $550,000 between parts/labor. The Carbon Hood alone is like $17k. And doors I think are between $45-70k apiece. This is going to be a very interesting repair, and is it ever going to be a costly an timely one.

The creation of the V10 was lead by Lexus' chief engine designer Okamoto Takamitsu. The engine starts life at Toyota's Myochi plant. It is at this plant that the engine block is made from molted aluminium. The block is then sent to Toyota's Honsha factory. The same factory that used to be Toyota's F1 engine facility. The block will get milled, drilled and polished and emerges as a precise engine block. In a sealed room Takumi’s hone every sharp edge using precision polishing tools. After this a highly skilled Takumi pre-assembles the finished engine blocks to check if they fit precisely. Disassembled they travel as unit to Yamaha’s Iwata city plant. It is at this plant that 4 highly skilled Yamaha Takumi’s fully assemble V10. A process that takes 2,5 days for one engine. Before the engine gets put into an LFA, it undergoes a half day of exhaustive testing.

The article I read stated the owner hydroplaned and sideswiped a fire hydrant. If that’s the case then how did the drivers side get so badly damaged? Or even THAT MUCH of the rear end of the car??
