Located between the Majella National Park and the Gran Sasso National Park, Popoli Terme is a small town immersed in the infinite natural riches of the Abruzzo region. Popoli is also known as the “city of waters”, due to the presence of numerous beneficial thermal springs. It has good road, motorway and rail links and is easily reachable from the Chieti-Pescara metropolitan area. The house is very spacious and is in the center where you can move around on foot. Really great!!😊

Popoli is one of my top favorite towns, so very happy to see a property there. I really enjoy this format. This is certainly a unique property. I like the quirky layout. I would make the top floor the main living space and remove the kitchen on the first floor, returning it to a bedroom. The ground floor would be a taverna with working kitchen, but would need a toilet. If no connection to the sewer, perhaps an incineration toilet could be installed. The location is perfect - no car needed! Plenty space for guests and one would not need to heat the first floor when no one is visiting.

Wow. Lots of possibilities for this property. If split into two apartments I wonder where the entrance could be. Id personally keep it as one house and rearrange the rooms for a 3/4 bedroom house. Id also expose the vaulted ceilings. Another good one location wise. Thanks for the tour

Beautiful video. House has potential with MONEY for HEATING, PLUMBING rearranging and for me would require a LIFT. Love this delivery style which covers all the community and available aeniti

Hi guys! What a fun town. The pastries looked amazing! I really like the idea of living within the city because I want to be able to walk to most things, so this home would suit that need, plus having buses and train station in town is also a plus. I did find this space to be a bit hard to follow. It was set up sort of peculiarly with all the kitchens and some of the bedrooms as walk through to other bedrooms. The attic space looked like it could definitely be used as living space if you put in a spiral staircase. Based on the layout, I wasn't sure how it could be split up on the upper floors to make 2 apartments because I couldn't tell how you could section that upper unit away from the middle space? It didn't seem like you could create a separate lockable door without the people on the top having to walk through some of the living space of the middle unit. Did you also get that impression? The lighting was great! I also like when there are windows on both sides that allow more light and ventilation. The cantina area would make a nice studio type airbnb space. That little passthrough area could be turned into the bathroom using the washing machine plumbing, maybe? And closing off that doorway that lead to the 2nd outside entrance. Another fun episode! Thanks for making my Sunday a bit more fun! Cheers!

Huge property. Do cities charge taxes based on the size of the living area?
