Very nice house, much larger than it first appeared and so many books. It appears that someone has been sorting the books into piles for donation or sale. I think you're right about the room with the TV. The owner must have passed in that room and that's why the bed is missing and there is an air freshener sitting on the chair. The room may be so cold because the owner hasn't completely left the house. Glad you two are safe.

Thankyou so much for another beautifull and wonderful explore, also for not revealing the location of the property, as some disrespectful explorers give out locations and then wonder why beautiful places get vandalised. As i know/knew who's house this was, the man was very interested in the 'educated' aspects of life such as antiques, fine art, music, literature, that is why he has a wonderful varied collection of many different subjects and interests. He first got the antiques 'bug' at a young age from attending car boots/flea markets and picked up his interest and lifelong passion for it, he was a well respected and renowned buyer and seller of antiques, people even asked him to procure antiques for them. His wife was into traveling to many different countries during there time together, also was very big into theatre, watching ballets and live musical performances of classic music, so a wonderful very cultured down to earth pleasant couple. Not only was he a music teacher to many students over the years but they also used to have 'dinner evenings' where friends used to come round for food and drinks, enjoy music being played for them and have catch ups together, so many wonderful fun filled sociable evenings, as both the man and woman loved to put these events on for there friends as it was a time to engage in conversation topics that interested them and got there creative juices flowing.

This is such a cool place. I've seen so many of these tours, and it still amazes me the amount of stuff that gets left behind. Stuff that's probably valuable, or at the very least useful to someone. There must be family of some sort that could hold an estate auction or sell a bunch of the stuff on Ebay....and if they can't be bothered, send in Goodwill or a charity of some sort to sell the stuff.. A collector like that probably would have appreciated your interest, and they way you explored the home and his items with respect. It's a shame the way some people trash places like this.

Thanks Alex and Guys, Great vid as usual, my first thoughts are fireplace in swimming pool area - very South African as they use them as a barbecue, also maybe some SA / Rhodesia movements with the design of the woodwork called Deal to be confused with Mahogany. The vents you show are indeed warm air (or warm dust we called it as heating apprentices) The switchgear you show 3 phase, suggests it was electrically powered maybe by an off peak supply necessitating storage bricks using a night supply probably located in a separate room. The vents above the doors recover and re-circulate the cooled air for a circulation of air back to a heat recovery grille. A very quick warm up but dry form of heat resulting in a chilly atmosphere when the heating switched off. All the best guys

Slight update, the House has now been completely demolished. Which is a real shame
