WOW.....just WOW!!!!! The details in that piece are mind blowing!!! Those are the pieces that dreams are made of! I was so excited when you showed it that I gasped aloud and my 8yr old daughter came running from the other room. She took one look and literally squealed!!! We were both relieved when you said that you were going to leave it in its original state. Such beautiful weather and a great day to be out with the boys! Happy New Year and thank you for another great adventure! Looking forward to all the great hunts and lapidary adventures this year has to offer! Have a great weekend!!

WOW, "Jesus in a rock!" is right! That is the best rock I've ever seen ever, love it. I really liked how you explained the geology here, very helpful for me, love the history here and trees. I'm really missing nature right about now, haven't been able to start my hounding yet this year with all the snow in Michigan. Love your positive attitude and excitement. Good choice going to Ross Creek as it doesn't get picked over much as you say. And looks like you guys had it all to yourself! I like how you explain the geology of the areas you hunt and the things you find. I've never heard of cycads until I've seen your videos. Could you explain what they are a little better, perhaps? They are petrified wood, conifers? Omg! That is one of the coolest finds I've ever seen! I was going to say you should leave it as is, but then you already said you were going to. I would look at that every day for many days to come! So sooo awesome!!! Great video, really enjoyed you taking us along. Great way to start the year 😁🤘😬 Rock on

@@RockhoundingLife that sure counts in my book! I am more the rockhounding person who looks for just pretty rocks, while my son Timo, who is in his third year of his geology study, is more looking at things what you are looking at.
