I have a few questions on this particular property you sold to your client. *Was this a fixed interest rate or is it adjustable/temporary? *Was this one of those low income type of mortgages in order to get the interest rate lower? *What city was this home in? That’s a fantastic rate for this market but unfortunately they’re gonna be underwater based on the price. The market is adjusting and there’s gonna be a surge in inventory soon and a lot of people will be underwater because prices will drop more. I bought in 2017 and so prices were flat rather than inflated today
