Get the land and if there is a creek or river running through it, build a huge pond and fill it full of structure and habitat for the fish and let the creek/river fill it. Twenty five acres will give you plenty of space for a pond/small lake and place for off roading. You should also consider an area for shotgun hunting only. Get several trios of game birds particularly pheasants… dove… quail… ducks to hunt during respective seasons. This property will pay for itself and I guarantee you will be profiting within five years. Most of all… you will never run out of content if you choose to keep YouTubing!

Those hooks with the plastic on it is called a scrounger or scrounger head and you can put a paddle tail swimbait or paddle tail fluke on it but cancels out wobble and action of the scrounger but it still catches fish; especially up north here in Wisconsin. if you put a fluke, a soft plastic jerkbait, a pin tail swimbait/fluke, or straight tail jerkbait/swimbait/fluke and it wobbles back and fourth not like a swim bait and it looks more like a bait fish and you use really anything else on it
