When we has a custom house built before my husband died, he had outdoor power outlets installed every 8 feet so he could decorate for Christmas. It really made it easier for him to decorate with all the things. It gave him such joy. When he passed away the new owner promised to keep up the tradition. I accepted the lower offer because of that promise.

For the hot tub - it's hard to tell from video but it looks like there's enough room under the deck to recess a hot tub but still get to the mechanicals from under the deck. If that's true, then I'd pour a concrete pad under the corner of the deck and then rescess the hot tub into the deck so it sits on the concrete pad. It will mean reframing around the hole to catch all the deck boards but resting on concrete will be a sturdy support for that much weight.
