I mean tbh I guess one outfit is just for starters. I'm not sure if Roman himself is able to afford maintaining the style even if they get a massive wardrobe for him. And while Jazz is unique in her stylistic choices I feel she is pretty set in her version of style rather than helping Roman figure out /his/ own style. They'd also take into consideration his own budgets since he is moving out on his own soon and money would be tight.

Because you can never know for sure and it's a bad outlook on people in general - in their own regards everyone is as interesting as yourself. Not wanting to talk to people because you "know" you're not going to get along is a snobbish mentality, everyone is incredibly multifaceted which means that technically you can relate with everyone on this planet to a varying degree. I'm not saying be friends with everyone, just give everybody a chance, even people you think you dislike. People change depending on who they're talking to, who they're around etc... so someone you hate within a certain social group could be the most amazing person on their own.
