You guys need more episodes like this, I didn't want it to end. It's very rare that men in 2023 show their emotion. You could help men to realise it's ok to be in tune with their emotions.

I cried.. I feel like I'm what you were describing. I would never hurt anyone, not even a fly. I can't lie because it makes me feel so guilty, even about small stuff. I was so respectful, loving and genuine to my ex but he still cheated and did horrible things to me. Now life is hard for me cause I'm so traumatized. I just wish he would have appreciated me like you appreciate your girlfriend for all she is. I can't help but ask myself again what's wrong with me that I did not deserve that kind of respect and love in return? Now it's so hard for me to trust men, I feel like I've waisted my love on the wrong person. I had so much to give😢

As a 39-year-old woman, I am proud to hear young men speaking in such a mature way about creating a successful life with the purpose of sharing it with a family. Nowadays, it is hard to see young people talking like that, especially men. I also think that there is nothing wrong with creating a life in solitary, is not for everyone, but still there is people out there that don't want to have kids or a partner, even when they met incredible people. But like Matt said, the mindset. Good job on this one!!

I loved seeing this. My husband is my safe space and I am his. We are the 80 to each other's 20 when it is needed and there is no one else in this world that I would want as my partner. He's my home ❤.

I appreciate you sharing your thoughts Sergio. I really do hope that one day I will meet a man who will appreciate me for who I am, honest, loyal, loving, caring. I don't think a lot of people take kindhearted individuals seriously and it hurts. It did make me tear up a little bit when you said if your relationship were to end one day that you can assume that it was your fault. Not a lot of men out there are like that and it sucks. Much love x

This is a deep one. Men are human beings too and they should be allowed to feel and talk about it openly without any judgements that they are becoming weak. It’s always the bad experiences that puts everyone in trauma, men & women, that makes us put a barrier from other people. It takes a special person to break that and make you feel safe again. We all have different hats to wear everyday, at work, at home etc. but what’s important is we know who we truly are at the end of the day and we surround ourselves with people who accepts & understands us. A safe environment. I hope Matt & Kharl will find their “person” , just like I’m hoping to find mine. Kudos to you three! This is one hell of a tough conversation. ❤

It's nice to see man so emotional and been real, especially nowadays where people say that's a weakness instead of saying it's okay. Both women and men can get emotional. It's really cool and has opened my eyes to know that its not just women who want a relationship that they feel safe and they can be themselves 100%

Great episode!!! Men can't show their genuine emotions in this society because of how people will judge them. Which is sad. Everyone should be able to show emotions and feel safe.

It was awesome to see you guys speak and be able to articulate some of the emotional experiences you all have had. I think it’s important for other men to see this and self reflect. I think it’s also a good thing for women to see that there are people how there capable of it if you give them a safe place to do so. I’ve seen women say they want men to speak about their feelings and completely put them down for it or they’re not emotionally in a place to be able to be there for their partner. Which makes their partner not want to talk to them about stuff. So for anyones out there, if you give your partner the safe place to be able to be themselves with all their feelings they will. We teach our partners what they’re able to come to us with by how we react to them.

Guys! Great episode for real. It’s also refreshing seeing manly attractive normal men talking about feelings amongst themselves honestly. I feel that most of the content that can be found on these topics comes from specialists or “gurus” to whom it is difficult to connect with for normal guys. Love from Spain! Keep at it!

To me this put me in a state of sadness, because i was that for my ex for so many years, and then he cheated on me, leaving me heartbroken. But i picked myself back up even though now i am scared that i will never be able to give that to another man. I just want to be someone's happy place, i want to give him peace, and a safe space. 😢

Men, it is rare to find somone who is good, kind hearted, respectful and trustworthy. Somone who will walk beside you and lift you up when needed without expecting anything. It is rare to find someone who is safe and feels like home. If you have this in your life, learn to value this person and if you are not mentally healthy to accept this let them go DON'T waste the love they give you and don't waste their time.

Honestly ended my relationship with the mother to my baby girl, because I didn't share my emotions nor did I ask for her to encourage me more... it's been a week and it's hard to try and talk to her because I'm ashamed of myself for breaking her trust and treating our family apart, As a Man how can I grow to speak up about what I would want? I was brought up to hold my emotions in and the military helped keep my emotions at bay. I miss her in the daily and just seeing her and my daughter , I'm just a empty body trying to go day by day. If anyone has any advice I'd greatly appreciate it
