Congrats Cassie, she is absolutely gorgeous!!!! I love cats, we've had cats all my life....Mum and Dad are both animal lovers and so we always had multiple fur babies. Mum used to breed Siamese cats when we first came to Canada form the UK. Since then we've just adopted, found or rescued. I say, once you get one you're going to need to get a second...not fair to have her on her own without a sibling or friend 🥰❤🐾. At least consider it, they play together, snuggle and sleep together and generally just keep each other company! 🥰

Yay! Angelica is soooo cute. I have a grey cat called Theodore. He was 6 weeks old and its like looking after a human baby. Sleep, poo, eat, play, sleep and repeat. Cats are the best! Kittens don't shed much. Once they get their adult coat they will leave hair everywhere. Kittens are very fluffy and the adult hair is thicker and smoother.

She's adorable. You are going to have hours of fun and entertainment. Kittens are chaos and mayhem; but it's fun to watch them grow. My kitty, Min, is a British Shorthair/Tabby mix. She's a crazy snugglebeast and her fur is so soft. At 6 years old; she still loves zoomies and is very playful. We adopted her at age 3.

Congrats on your new kitty! She’s adorable. In regards to the scratching, when you see her scratching, take her to the scratcher and after she scratches it, give her a treat. We did this with my cat. Anytime as a kitten we saw her scratching where she wasn’t supposed to or getting ready to, we just put her on the scratcher (she prefers the cardboard flat ones) and rewarded her with a treat and praised her. She caught on pretty quickly that this is the correct place to scratch and now she’s 11 and has never scratched a single piece of furniture.

Adorable. Absolutely adorable. Getting a cat changes everyone’s life for the better. As for your parents: I got my rescue cat 5 years ago. My mother now sends me money and gift cards FOR THE CAT! Never mind that I’m an only child, she has no interest in me, only the fur baby 😂

Sorry for your loss. My 22 year old cat passed away in October. She was 6 weeks old when 9/11 happened. The vet said she died from old age. Perfect health otherwise. (Jan Griffiths).

This is my favorite video!! The Angelica Cam had me rolling 😂 As a long-time cat owner from the time I was a little girl all the things you are describing are so normal in the early stages. I always say that dog's #1 priority is their owner, a cat's #1 priority is their environment. It's just how they are. So don't be surprised if she gets distressed in a new environment even when you are around. I'm so happy for you guys! Congrats she is a beauty and a little angel.

Hi, your fur baby is adorable. As a cat pawrent of three, just wanting to let you know that it is better to adopt than take a coming from nowhere little baby because of its breed. I'm glad because the way the transaction happened is pretty surprising and it sounds like an illegal activity for non official breeders... i really think you saved her and i hope you'll be happy because living with a cat is everything. Trust and love from a cat is priceless. Please think about adopting a second cat because she should be a little sad being alone. Cats need other cat to be fully happy. And, elevated bowl is pure marketing ;-) by the way, of course it is your life and your family so you do what you think is better. Sending you lots of love ❤

Hi Cass since we have the same kitty. I feed my kitty KMR canned milk up to 4 months old. I portion it out to 2x a day, but a quarter each servings, so 4 servings out of a one can which equals to 2 ounces of milk. and occasionally, chicken pate sheba both can be purchased from Target. 😊

She is gorgeous. I have always had rescue cats but we got 2 kittens in lockdown. They are 3 now but bring so much joy. I’m a bit uneasy that you didn’t see her parents and you don’t seem to have been very well prepared in terms of a carrier, litter etc. I recommend Jackson Galaxy’s videos to learn about cat care.

Cassie, I have a small dog about 4 pounds and her neck size is typically the same size as an average cat. What I did instead of getting a Tiffany collar it was getting a preloved leather Tiffany bracelet and it fits her perfectly and with so much cheaper than the collar!
