There's some sort of classification similar to Fallout 4 Synth Generations (that I like to compare to personally). Such Gen 1's being mostly a Mr. Handy-ish or even Skeletal Chassis that work as menial laborers that can be automated quite easily, and having artificial personality implanted into them to mimic personality of their befitting role, like Codsworth Like Bots acting as Butlers or Ciri like helpers having a Nurse personality, but way more Cruder "Memory" compared to Super Nina Androids (3rd Gen). Gen 2's of coarse being mostly a Maid service Robots that are now being able to upgrade to "Androids"(Acting as close to being a Humanoid Gen 3's). But still being there as a cheaper alternative due to upgrading them costing unholy amount and wiping their previous memorys. Still though, a bit of a Crude look of open cavities and exposed metal, but they are still a cool looking in my eyes like Nick Valentine. The thing is about our Mina (Konomi Inagak) is more of a experimental DiMA in this case as it develops it's own personality and having more of a "Soul" or better grasp of Human emotions. The rest of the Gen 2s seem to still have basic artificially implanted personalitys and memory of the Gen 1s. Gen 3's are self explanatory with it being a huge leap in Robots turning into actual being of their own with (better memory an whatnot) or Androids in Sci fi terms of acting as their own to some degree but still owned by their... Masters. I won't be going into detail into them developing as I will spoil, as it's just that they are now displaying feeling actual senses and mimicking body temp (especially sweating?) for rich folks desires. And I'm glad the MC didn't upgrade tbh Sorry, not sorry for the lack of Grammar here.
