Congratulations and best wishes for the journey through life ahead. We did a DIY wedding too many moons ago. My In Laws to be, graciously offered their rural home at Mannum as the venue. We organised the catering, drinks, music, Marquees, outdoor settings etc, because there was not enough room inside for the expected throng. Cathy made her own wedding dress and bouquet. On the day it turned out a success despite the howling Northerly wind (40 Knots ) matched by the 42 C temperature. The actual ceremony was conducted on the back lawn next to the rain water tanks. A day to remember for all. Cheers Eric

Back in the summer of 87 I worked at a commercial orchard. They had a press in a garage where all the 3rd grade apples were regulated. After pressing the apples the pulp was put in an old manure spreader and returned to the orchard. We had an battle with what we call German yellow jackets, which are attracted to sweets. The pulp we so finished that they ignored that spreader and it's load of apple pulp. That orchard used whatever apples were ripe, both tart and sweet making some we of the best cider I've ever had.
