Its so annoying when common sense starts screaming like how can you drag someone back to work on their lunch break. What kind of boss just tell an employee to redo a work he finds not good enough without telling the said employee what to fix. Leader position employee should always tell their subordinate what to fix instead of telling them to figure it out themselves. Also embezzling from the company is always surefire way to get terminated and good luck trying to get another job that's corporate as when you get fired in Japan no one would want to hire you.
