You sound sick Ann and out of breath, sounds like a Flu, please take care of yourself too Ann. Nice neighbours of your friend, and they have been to Kenya, it's good to keep in touch with them. Beautiful scenery and beachside restaurant typical mediterranean and reminds me also of the Caribbean. I guess someone died in the sea so as a remembrance family or friends leave flowers when they visit, they do that also here in France at the place where someone died in an accident, either car or bike accident. 'Heradura' is the horse's shoe. Everything fresh is the best, salads or juices. All the best Ann.

My suggestions for your colds would be lemon, echinacea, ginger and honey to sooth the sore throat. Ann, thanks for the manifestation as you put your feet in the sea! Ann and Lewey, you are two of the most loving people I have ever seen on YT and I wish and pray for the very best. Spain is so, so beautiful OMG. Take care my loves. Ann for the edges of your there is a product called BIO Oil. It works great on the scalp and skin. I learned this from an Ethiopian woman who was shopping in my local Walmart one day. You can purchase it from Amazon if you can't find it locally. Ann, you are very beautiful and your smile can light up the world!!!!!! I always giggle when Lewey Paul says you have a beautiful bee-hind...lol
