90 degree for belt drive is not enought and bad engeneering practice. Ensure to get close to 180 - especially to avoid skipping without overtensioning the belt.

Very well observed! You are looking at dummy parts, we are prototyping, so setup is just to test options to find the best belt path. We will get more grip on the pulley for sure. Thank you for commenting

in my BLV i made pockets that were separate from heated chamber and cooled with fans. on my own desing printer i have the motors inside without pocket but heatsink out of the chamber. both solutions work very well
