Sweden’s inclusion in NATO comes at a time when the security grouping is conducting exercise Steadfast Defender 2024, the largest NATO live-fire drills since the Cold war. Over 90,000 NATO troops are taking part in Steadfast Defender, including Sweden.

No, not really because Sweden Norway or Finland given their geography, climate and rugged landscape do not strategically threaten Russian territory for invasion. However the joining of NATO by Finland and Sweden will only include those countries on a nuclear strike list, and heavy nuclear reinforcements, perhaps delivered by hypersonic weapons being placed in Kaliningrad.
