Those look more like 🦞 lobsters than crawdads. Yabbies? I like that. When you said, oh look a spider, I thought WOW 😳 Everything is HUGE over there!

@@kilburn1313 Back in the early 90’s I nearly face planted into one on a walking track in the Daintree Rainforest. They are mutant sized up there. Future husband grabbed me just in time & pulled me back. I married my hero & been with him ever since. I have another story about Coopers Creek & that story is made of nightmares. Imagine waking up to screams as all 20 campsites woke up to half a dozen huntsmans on top of their tents & swags. When you stepped outside there were 100’s marching out of the bush you were using as a toilet by digging a hole… bush Dunny. I’m not exaggerating either. We packed our shit up erratically & not like the usual Virgo with OCD who packs like it’s Testris… nup. When we got to Maccas in Gunns Gully for a toilet break, there were still spiders clinging to the outside of the car. This was the only time I went bush camping with the kids without my husband. Never again. 🙅🏽♀️

@@KIRALYW That's funny, we are taking our caravan (30 year old, 15 foot) over to Streaky Bay & surrounds, 6 hours west from home for 10 days next week & hope to have a great time,

@@kilburn1313 oh mate that sounds like bliss. Enjoy those white sands. SA has some of the most beautiful coastline for caravans. I follow Trip In A Van on KZbin. A young Aussie family doing life in a caravan. Modern day Leyland Brothers I call them. They give you great tips on great camping spots. That’s how I’ve seen the SA coastline mostly is through their channel. I visited SA when I was a kid but plan on getting back there soon, kinder the way you are. Have the best time connecting with nature.

@@KIRALYW welll I'm extremely glad to know that you appreciated that comment. And honestly I need all the positive people/reinforcement/energy I can find right now. Health wise I'm not doing the best and am slightly worried to be honest. So your kind words are a vibrant light n the dark that I'm traversing at the moment. Will definitely make sure I stay around to watch your vids, and hope we can become friends/acquaintances/positive parts of each others lives...(as much if friends as you can b through the YT comment sections) lol. Thank you really for being a kind, loving soul. I noticed/felt it though your videos immediately. 1luv to you and yours 🧡

@@stevenseagull9683 I am very familiar with that darkness that surrounds you. It was in those moments, I discovered just how strong my inner light was. Human heart connections, like the one we are having, is how things are meant to be with one another. When one is down, the other lifts them up. This is how our brothers & sisters raise each other’s vibration of love energy. Nature is what made me realise all this. Let me share the nature around me with you to calm you. This is why I made this channel.

Those are the same shape as the crawdads that we have here, just much bigger. The ones here are a reddish-brown in color. When it rains a lot here in the spring and my drainage ditch fills up with water, then the crawdads emerge out of their tunnels. Pretty strange. I ate some boiled ones in Louisiana once, they tasted like dirt. LOL I think the ones you have there are a lot more colorful. ; )
