We installed swivel seats in our e350 adventure van!

We're back on the van build! In this episode we install a pair of Bling My Rig swivel seat bases, but not before we move some of our tools to the shop and repair a broken window and damaged paint on the van.

Those seat bases look and seem to work great... but dang, $429 each side is a tough pill to swallow. I guess it's just like everything, you get what you pay for. Cool that you got the jump seat too. That one looks like it'll work better than the one I sent you pictures of a couple weeks ago.

@WilderAdventures I see what I did.. I Googled the company name and it suggested a different manufacturer that cost twice as much. That's much better, and more likely that we'll do it also. How do the seats feel when locked in place while driving? Do they feel solid or is there some wiggle?

The rotational lock is VERY solid and confident. I did notice the slightest amount of front to back flex in the seat (like in a rocking motion) but I can't say whether or not the seat already did that (it may just be from the hinge of the backrest). Nothing I'm concerned about, our Class A motorhome seats don't feel nearly as planted. - Casey

Ahhh yeah. Vanlife and all that comes with it has run its course. I think I'd be looking for a new job. Nobody care about your crappy van or your crappy life.
