It’s just crossed my mind that if you are interested In N B history the museum in Gloucester holds a large collection of the dockets from the carrying days so you can trace the crew ,cargo,boat names and dates.Well worth a visit and if you have a chance the Sharpness is a must.

Great vlog (as usual!), it's funny but this is how i imagined braunston would be all the time, so on our first boating holiday we stopped at the boat inn (first mistake!!!) and sat in the canal side beer garden - nothing went past at all! Lol It was early in may to be fair.

I know you guys used Fertan as part of the prep for reblacking your boat. Any idea how to remove dried drip stains from good paintwork (I was a even sloppier than usual).Thx

We're not doing it this time, because we want to head north up the Severn after, but we'd like to at least passenger the journey at some point! It's quite an expensive route, and we want to head up north rather than down to the K&A 😀
