BI super tough but he faces single coverage when Z is on the court with him and Z literally faces a D-Line whenever he touches the ball with BI on the floor with him. Z causes the gravity of a teams focus to totally shift to trying to contain him. There’s only a few players in the league on that level and Z is one of them.

There are a few times when he doesn't get double coverage..like the last game, the game he scored 41 in three quarters, the game where got a triple double..most of the games I've watched, he has gotten more double coverage than Zion. For you to attribute his success due to Zions "gravity" is ridiculous. You're basically saying when Zion is not on the floor, he struggles...which is totally the opposite if you watch the whole game and not just focus on Zion. It's CJ who gets single coverage every night due to BI and Zion gravity.

The first thing Jordan would do if his shot wasn't falling is drive to the rim and either get a foul called, make the shot or dish it out to a wide open teammate. Every player on the Pels that is on the court and bench have to scream to Ingram and Murphy "Take it to the rim!!" when they are missing 3s. Teammates have to let them know that they are fucking up and taking too many bad shots. If you can't get the ball into Zion or Jonas them to get out of the paint and take your man off the dribble to the rim. They will get fouled or get the basket.

I honestly think this pelican franchise wants Zion to be the best player so badly only cause Zion was there #1 pick and he has a lot of hype. But BI was the second pick of a talented draft, just as young and he’s more skilled, works harder, and better at almost every aspect of the game. A low key franchise like the pelicans should love a player like BI. Instead most of the media just doubts him…

Zion is just too easy to shut down. Clog the paint, force him left. He's not really a mid range threat, definitely not a 3pt threat. Zion does one thing. Quick first step, get to the rim, finish with a soft touch. BI has a lot more versatility.
